Highly recommend College Ave

I had searched online for reviews of college loan companies and College Ave came highly recommended. I can say throughout the entire process I would heartily agree. Very upfront transparent and extremely organized on their site. Having never undertaken such a big project it can be somewhat intimidating but they did a great job laying out the different options and all the different payment plans with excellent definitions for complete understanding of the decisions that you were making. Very accurate on their distribution of funds and no hitches in the process at all!

Great Customer Service

Customer Service Reps have ALWAYS been most helpful. Most recently, I can recall Andrea and Susan assisting me with my daughter's application for a student loan. They were both very helpful and explained to me some of the processes in a way that I could understand. Even after filling out loan applications for several years now, I learn something new each time I call, and I have never been made to feel dumb for not knowing how to do something.

The 0.25% auto-pay interest rate reduction applies as long as the borrower or cosigner, if applicable, enrolls in auto-pay and authorizes our loan servicer to automatically deduct your monthly payments from a valid bank account via Automated Clearing House("ACH"). The rate reduction applies for as long as the monthly payment amount is successfully deducted from the designated bank account and is suspended during periods of forbearance and certain deferments. If a payment is returned, you will lose this benefit.
